  Irresponsible, negligent non-caring uninterested. Handed in my husbands script and informed they had to order it in. 3 days later we ask why no contact to collect medicine and informed they have no prescription. Promised they would contact Dr to get another one. We wait and again no contact that medicine is ready for collection. In we go again, only to be met with hostility, uncaring, disinterested pharmacist, and still no medication. Who is the owner? No one will say.

  Thought it would have been nice to have had the non PBS system explained to me before I had paid ……. The sign explaining it was not even visible from where I handed in my scripts ……… now I am stuffed for my repeats as they will be non PBS as well …….. $42.63……… for a script that normally cost $6.60 ……… disgraceful …….. and not even offer to refund when I questioned it……. Obviously my problem , not theirs

  Unprofessional and greedy. Tried to give me pharmacy brand when i specifically asked for the original. We know you (the pharmacy) get rebates on the cheaper brand however you don't mess around with people's medicine. Just give people what they ask for. Will never return.

  No pbs medications so you pay full price for concession prescription. It’s been open long enough to obtain pbs, what’s the issue? $30 for a $6 script, not happy.

  Really weird. No PBS Concessions. You have to pay full price. I went in with a script for my basic asthma meds and was told that they don’t stock them. I have been told this is because this chemist would have to underwrite the loss on selling these meds themselves. I have been led to believe that this chemist can sell meds on scripts, provided a qualified chemist dispenses them, but this chemist is not recognised under the PBS Scheme, so no concessions. I was also told that Woolworths subsidises this chemist, but I have no idea whether this is true or not, but that May account for why a chemist like this can still operate.
